Winter Weather Advisory in Effect until 9:00 am this morning!

W12th Road on the morning (6:30 am) of Tuesday 12/27/2010...the street is a mixture and snow and frozen slush as a result of Monday's early morning high tide which under-ran the snow pack. Cars are still unable to ingress/egress the block because of exceptionally high drifting at the top the block.  Everyone is still patieintly awaiting the arrival of the
plows! 

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM THIS MORNING.

HAZARDS... STRONG WINDS CAUSING AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW THIS MORNING... WITH RESULTANT POOR VISIBILITY. BLACK ICE DUE TO REFREEZING OF ANY SLUSH DURING THE OVERNIGHT.

WINDS... .NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH THIS MORNING.

TEMPERATURES... UPPER TEENS AND LOWER 20S... WITH WINDCHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO THIS MORNING.
