| A neighbor's car at the end of W12th Road is comletely free of snow at 11pm last night because of the constant whipping winds blowing the snow around! |

You will also be happy to know that the City has suspended "Alternate Side Parking" regulations for Monday because of the storm.
Oh, I almost forgot, the City also said that all "Metered Parking" regulations will remain in effect!
