17th Road Park Handball Courts get a Facelift!

Contractors hired by the N.Y.C. Parks Department are refurbishing the handball courts at Broad Channel's 17th Road Park.  The south side courts have already been stripped bare are are in the process of being formed out while the north side courts (picture left) are still being demolished. I spoke to one of the conractors who remarked that the job should be done by October.
